Apparently, these kind of sites are the new pump and dump sites. Someone mentioned in the twitter thread the owners could make $20k in 6 months. That's good revenue if the investment and work done is less than that.

Obviously you can add PBNs and what not, but you should do fine just with scraping.
Btw there are literally hundreds sites like that, and even more if you count non english ones.

It’s not wordpress. It’s custom. They don’t use external stylesheets either. CSS is in the HTML document. That’s weird.
