If you needed $700 in 3 days ... what would you do?

It's been a bad cash-flow month and I'm late on rent ... :o SO any ideas, thoughts or suggestions? I'm not looking for spoonfeeding or exact methods just general pointing in the right direction.

I'm a writer with online freelance work and an eBay seller with 100% positive feedback, so I'm imagining those efforts might save me, but will I be overlooking quick cash elsewhere?

Any serious replies are greatly appreciated!

I suggest you to find custommers heres that need text writing because most of the other solutions that consist in working on cpa offer will need few days to have picking up your incomes.
 
I would sell an iphone or something like this on ebay... and write in the description that i ship the item in 30 days... that is exactly what i am doing when i need some fast cash for seo investment or so... after 3 weeks or later i just dropship the item

That is a really good idea and I was thinking along those lines, thanks! 30 days is a long time to wait, though, esp. around the holidays. Do people actually buy on 30-day shipping terms?

As for writing for private clients on forums, I haven't had much experience with that, but I have enough freelance work -- it just doesn't pay enough!

Not interested in porn or XXX biz (been there, done that!) ;)
 
I'd probably flip a site of mine, if I really needed the money.

$700 in three days by writing? As I'm still getting the hang of IM; I work oDesk, AC, and Fiverr... The three combined don't make me a hundred bucks a week. I'm listening! :eek:
 
700 in 3 days is going to be difficult, but $300 wouldn't be impossible. Perhaps you should make a deal to get a one week grace period?

Since you're a writer use one of the article writing mills to get jobs. If you were really determined, you would stay up for 20 hours and average $8 per hour writing 2 500 word articles. $8 * 20 = $160 sleep for 8 hours and put in another 20 hour shift.

I worked 19 hours several months back doing a drupal conversion. You can put in a lot of work if you really need to.

As said, you won't earn $700 in 3 days, so ask for more time to pay it. You can't get evicted from missing one payment (check your state laws).

Time to grind.

As i said that is the fastest way for me. Just seach for a reduced notebook, macbook, iphone or whatever offer. put in the ebay delivery terms that item will be delivered within 30 days... i set the bid price at 1€ (i am from germany) for a run-time of 1 day... sometimes folks miss out the delivery time and ask me quesions like: you did not delivered so far... where is my macbook ?

than i simply say:

I mentioned in the shipping conditions that i sent item within 30 days and that i am a dropshipper and that the product is only available at a specific time or so.. u can be really creative at this point... i say that if you buy, than u accept the terms of sale blablabla i mean you are not cheating the buyer.. you just sent them the item later so who cares ?

at the and you maybe lost some money because the item left for a cheaper price than you are going to dropship but it is still a good method if you need fast cash or i would rather say small credit.

All straight-up good ideas -- thanks for not flaming me! I do have a site but it doesn't get much traffic, so I can't flip it for anything substantial. At least I don't think so. I'm going to sell some stuff and write my brains out -- and just see where that takes me.

Time to crank, time to grind! No rest for the wicked. LOL!
 
Find high ticket items with an affiliate program and try to make sales, search for a thread with this title "The High-Ticket Affiliate Program Craze Is Here!", it's in the downloads section. Then spam the shit out of Youtube, Yahoo Answers, forums, Craigslist, Facebook pages etc.
 
Crunch time is when most of us do our best work! Late research papers, hustling to pay rent, and in my case a few years ago --- hustling to pay a fine to keep myself out of jail!

You can do it!
 
when i was in that situation, i sold all almost everything i had, flatscreen, car, iphone etc, then worked my arse of for the next month, and was able to buy better stuff and pay the rent, if you have stuff to sell, sell it, you can always get them again, keeping a roof over your head is more important
 
First if i was you id be writing articles with all the spare time I had, you must have a good idea of how to churn out fast articles after a lot of experience. So 15-20 mins an article you should definitely be able to get $250+ then slowly try and build your own site with the content then you will slowly work your way off needing to sell your article writing services as your sites will provide you with the money instead. However this is long term and my take a few months, good luck :)
 
Working with big clients offline has some drawbacks because they are the ones who put the conditions like NET 60 payments but I don't complain since the money is good.

In cases I'm short of cash I basically offer a service on a popular forum (don't try it over here :P) where you promise TOP 10 results or anything similar based on your skills. Ask like 700 usd for it and a guaranteed top 10 results and also make a statement like in case within 45 days you are not ranked you get full refund no questions asked! So basically they pay and there you have a free loan with no interest, in case you dont want to get involved with it just outsource it or give the money back :)

Excellent advice. I'm selling some stuff now and writing for two clients. I think it may all work out, but I'll be getting zero sleep ... as MikeHustle observed! :rolleyes:
