If you lived in the Google Fiber area, what business would you start to make your million?

I am moving to an area that will have Google Fiber no later than this summer and I was thinking about different ways that I could use this internet speed to my advantage.

I am lucky to have a friend/investor that I have helped with his business who likes the idea of buying a house, loft building or commercial building in the area and wants me live there (if it's a house or apartment building) and partner with him to make something of this rare opportunity.

I have thought about many ideas: renting server space, virtual hosting, start-up internet company bunk house/cafe/business center, etc...but I feel like I am missing some simpler ideas to add to my brainstorming list.

I would think that renting server space would be the easiest as far as selling, billing and customers service, but getting even a tiny percentage of a break-through start-up would make having to deal with a lot of other people worth it.

Anyway, I would love to hear what you guys think.
