So You Want To Bank With Internet Marketing?

First let me give you some advice and then we will move onto some surefire methods.

Tip# 1: Don't over think... This will get you no where.

Tip# 2: Most new Internet Marketers find themselves caught up in reading methods and take no action, to avoid this pitfall, read over a few methods until you find one that clicks and you say "Yeah, this sounds simple enough" at that point either write the methods down on paper or copy and paste them to a word-pad, and get off or out of the spot you found them. Now that you are free of distractions, look them over and act on them. Also adding a twist or two will help you see a higher conversion, if the method is supersaturated.

Tip# 3: Give each method a fair amount of time, I use a 30 day rule. Don't just toss up a website, post a few articles linking back to your site and expect your PPC, CPA, service you are selling, or product to convert over night. This is unrealistic. This will get you frustrated and make you feel like crap in a weeks time. Instead look over your raw data in your logs using Awstats ,Google Analytics, or the plugin for Wordpress Ultimate Google Analytics , check your bounce rate, where your traffic is coming from, keywords being used in search etc. I also recommend tracking your links. This will help you determine which ones are getting the most clicks. If you can't get any conversions in 30 days, then consider a new method, if you get a few conversions, figure out what you can do to improve them and scale it up.

Tip# 4: No matter how successful a method becomes, always add multiple streams of revenue. You never want to keep all your eggs in one basket. I knew several people who had an authority site and after Penguin lost almost all of their income, due to their site being penalized. This is never a good experience, and my best advice is to plan ahead to keep this from ever happening to yourself.

Tip# 5: You don't need money to make money, this is a concept that holds many people back from ever experiencing success. If you feel skilled enough to truck it on your own, there is an ample supply of free site-builders and hosting available, free to join affiliate programs like Clickbank and Amazon Associates, and the last I checked article, blog and forum submissions / post still bring in traffic and cost nothing but time. You can also use Adwords and similar paid advertisement offered by Yahoo and MSN to get paid targeted traffic driven to your service or product if you have the funds to cover it. If you go this route a clean (not over cluttered), optimized website can make you stand out and be very profitable. Don't let money or lack of education hold you back, people like Donald Trump, got to the top using other peoples money, and only becoming experts in what interest them. So even if you really have no clue about Internet Marketing, you can still convince some friends or family into investing in you and then keep a look out for good investments to test the water. I've seen several very successful JV's on Internet marketing forums. So I know if you use common sense to avoid being scammed and pick wisely you can make a good ROI on a JV. Again refer to #4 above when taking this approach, you don't want to sink all your investors money into a single investment.

    Now Onto The Methods:

Method #1: Fiverr, is one of my favorite sites to leverage. I build professional looking websites promoting sometimes up too three different gigs per site that complement each-other, my traffic comes from paid advertisement. Once I find a few quality gigs that are way under priced I make arrangements to work with the person offering the gig off site through Skype. Once everything is set up and your site is making sells, you will only need to do a few emails and make payments when necessary. My favorite gig to resell is high PR blogrolls, these can fetch 50 to 100+ dollars per link depending on how many OBL's and the PR. Also you can easily bank with social media, offer YT views, Tweets, FB like packages and Google Plus packages. These are just a few ideas, there is tons of combinations to pick from using Fiverr gigs.

Method #2: Freelancer, this site is a gold mine. I've used it to make loads of money in the writing niche. But this site is by far limited to just that niche alone. Ever want a virtual assistant? How about having your own virtual assistant business, you can find qualified virtual assistants for a low cost, for data entry jobs, like transcription. Or even webdesign, writing articles and more. be sure to request that the person you hire has certification in the field. Make them do a test run etc, to ensure the quality of the service the provide, before renting them out to clients.

The sky is the limit when using this site there are 100's of categories to pick from, you can have custom scripted bots made to sell on forums or make a membership website. Ever think man I wish they had a bot that could automate this? Then this might be for you. You can sell Apps made for Iphones that you can charge clients top dollar for developing, and then pay the person that made it roughly 30% of the profit.

When ever I set up a freelancer.com offer, I make sure its favorable for the business I am offering. Say you want an app made, you can offer 20% down and the rest in full in 30 days. Giving you plenty of time to get the cash from the client its being made for and to pay the person making it.

Method #3: Finding non-mobile sites made by Homestead (has no mobile support) and then rebuild them on Weebly (automatic mobile site conversion, without any code), what you want to do is find the footer message used on free homestead accounts by searching on Google the following "This website built with Homestead Websites" "@email-extention.com" now fill in the email extention with like yahoo.com, gmail.com , aol.com, comcast.net etc. and start skimming through the results, pick out businesses.Look for Spas, lawyers, accountants, jewelry stores, restaurants etc. Then offer to rebuild their site into a .mobi website that is mobile friendly for their clients. This is where Weebly comes in for non web-designers, if you are good with webdesign feel free to skip this part. Most business sites have their contact information available and the search method I use is good for forming a mailing list. To send out emails offering to remake their current website into one that is mobile friendly. It's easy to convert the leads into sales, because everyone knows that our world is moving forward with technology and they will want to keep up.

Also you don't have the hassle of transferring domains this way, or talking a client into getting a new domain for any reason that might come up preventing them from using the current domain. Weeby is easy to use and a newbie at site-deign and Internet Marketing can do this method. My personal advice is to follow up on leads you find, if you don't get any response by email (on average less than 1% of emails convert.). Don't forget to sign them up for a 6 or 12 month maintenance / hosting contract as well. A golden rule I have is never turn your back on residual income opportunities.

Anyway this post is getting long, I hope you find something I said to be of use. I wish you luck with Internet Marketing and hope you find your niche soon, if your not already banking on one!

The reason why most people say it takes money to make money is for 3 reasons.

    1. Poor idiots trying to just make a buck learn that it takes quality only money can buy to make a profit and survive.
    2. People looking to do stuff technically are dedicated once they spend on something like a hobby or some online fart jokes.
    3. You can get stuff done at a higher quality level, in a timely manner when paying a bunch of noobs to do the work for you.

Hope that helps clear up that matter.

Thanks for your points, I was referring to the misconception behind needing money to make money, I knew so many people in my life time, that always talked about if only they had the money, they would do this or that. But making money online does not have these worldly restrictions. there is plenty of methods that can make bank without ever spending a penny out of pocket to start out. I'm not saying you should not invest the money you make into improving your business and the quality of your appearance , services or products. This should just be common sense and speeding up tasks by outsourcing or hiring employees is also a nice perk once you sustain enough income to accommodate this.
