I started 1 year ago with the theme of making mini projects but none of them ever worked, and now I want to create a large project that I can dedicate a lot of time to since I am on vacation and have free time, but for the last 2 weeks I have been looking for projects/businesses to start but none of them catch my attention, if you know of any new business/project or one that currently works or simply that you have tried and it has gone well, let me know.

Yes if you are looking for a large project a SaaS is a good start. I would try and work on something you already know about. Have you ever worked with social media before? Have you ever tried to sell your mini sites as turn key business. Have you ever written content, or made a blog before?

What are you good at? What are you interested in?

You'll have a higher chance of succeeding if you combine the skills you already know.

For instance if you work in construction and are good at generating leads you can start something that combines the both of them.
