I would start an english medium school or a small technical college because education is the best business in my country because if recession comes or any market up-down happens then it will not be affected. People never stop learning. Good investment depends on the country & the market where you are going to invest.

I think what's important with that much money is to create something that is secure and recurring. I'd say arguable the best investment would be to use it to teach yourself software engineering. Learn yourself then use some to pay for some classes somewhere. Use it to build something that clients actually need and will pay big $$$ for. Worst case scenario, you get a day job for a tech company...

AS for me, 50% of it will be put into internet business
