If you cou dominate almost any keyword on a local version of Google: what would you do?

    Hi Bhatters, I would really appreciate if you could brainstorm, give me advice, tell me about your experience or anything that helps me decide what to do.

    TLDR,:
    If you could rank (1-3) almost any keyword you wanted in a local version of Google, and you also had a good network: what would you do?




    Context:
    I have been able to rank on a local version of Google consistently for almost any keyword i've targeted in the last (¿8?) years. Currently, I sell with my small SEO agency the service to medium and big companies.
    Currently, I'm in THAT moment when I have to grow my company, hire more people and deal with everything that implies: keeping the product great (documenting, training people, researching), hiring and managing people and, of course, selling. I know I'll create an awesome team to delegate key responsibilities, but that takes time and energy. It is a sacrifice, I’ve done it.


    So, I think I’ll be building a great digital marketing agency. I see I have what it takes: experience as an entrepreneur, solid SEO background and a good network. But, again, it will take time, energy and everything that someone who has or has have an agency (pr agency, web, software, VA, whatever) knows: it’s fucking stressful.


    I want to ask you for ideas, concepts, whatever you can throw at me about taking the resources I have and doing something different.


    What would you do if you were me?


    PS: I won’t create a fucking startup, I already did that. Today, I want mo-ney!

    You can offer to design/manage/host a companies website and do the local seo all for free and take a slice of the revenue generated. Managed correctly you will make way more money than just charging them an SEO fee.

    I had a similar business a few years back and made a killing.

    How did you charge? Or how did you keep track of deals/revenue/comission

    I didn't explain myself properly. I get that, my questions is:
    "Ey mr. plastic-surgeon-lovely-client, 30 people contacted you through the website this month, how much did you sell?"

    I concentrated on companies that I could manage sales through the website - doctors etc benefit from your existing SEO model. Your post was you wanted to expand from that.
