There are only 2 options to get backlinks; you earn them through great content or you buy them.

Yes. Why not? Also with 5k you can build a shit pbn and sell cheap links. The other way is to copy tomy alike and over price your links but you need to be a good marketing actor.

There is a list of blogs that accept guest posts, offer outreach. You can start with almost ZERO.

1. Get the list. No idea if ti was free or paid but it was not expensive as I remeber... Ginko Biloba ? ha ha
2. Reg a domain. It should be com for $6-7.
3. Find leads or start a BST.
4. Send emails.
5. Reinvest and scale. Hire VAs. Make 6 figures a month.

You need a lot less than 5k for this. If you can write you can provide article writing at additional cost or outsource it.

Then you can offer onpage SEO services, website speed optimization, conversion optimization, PPC - seo takes time, if they have budget you can offer them paid traffic management - outsource it.

Then pay to populate the content on them and pay for SMM for 1K.

Did you have success with this? Bought 50+ domains, most of them never ranked on google. Yes, I found a few that were killing it but the process is not newbie freindly and good domains are expensive and hard to find and buy on an auction (there are a lot of expensive crap spammed domains as well).
