I have a bunch of spammy links to one of my inner pages. Instead of disavowing them can I Delete the page and create a new one? Does the automatically remove the bad links?

    .

    Short and sweet, yes...

It's also more effective than disavowing

Not sure what diesel1 did exactly to make his solution work but it didn't work for me... I ended up with the links still pointing to my domain but with an additional 404 error in Google Console...

What if you redirect that page to competitors domain? Is that possible? And would that harm his rankings?

I do not think links aimed at a page (that doesn?t exist) can harm your site..

While disavowing doesn?t always work, and if it works it can take a long time to see the effect of disavowing, while if you delete a page it?s basically immediately effective [/FONT]

That won?t be a bright idea; G00gle will see it?s a redirect from your site, and you might end up being penalized as the spammer?

I deleted the page and now the spammy links point to a 404 Page Not Found on my site. Is this good enough? Or should I disavow too? Anyone?! I need to know this is my offline business site!!!

You will not liquidate all that spam backlinks just removing your page.

Remove that page but be sure that your website is not 301 automatically backlinks back to your home page.
It should show 404 error and it should not redirect.
Also be sure to avoid situation where you have some internal pages links on 404 page.
