As long as you have your primary keywords in the domain it will help your cause.
There are no penalties for having "1" or "2" at the end that anyone is aware of.
 
You will only get bonus if you have the exact domain,If you dont have a exact domain it will help to have the Keyword in the domain.

We dont know if in the long run a keyword domain like : Keyword1 will rank better that a non keyword domain...

Example:

Keyword: test

www.test.com >>> Bonus
www.test1.com > ?
www.nothing.com > ?
