If my king account is located in U.K, should I only promote offers targeted to U.K? Will promoting foreign offers lower approval %?

I've got a king FB ad account located and farmed in the U.K, if I run offers in a different language targeted to a different country, will that cause problems and lower ad approval rate? I'm new to affiliate and I just want to know before pushing any campaigns or risk getting any ads disproved.

No impact. Please select the area code, country and uniform audience range
 
I think advertising in the local language of the target country can help increase approval rates and advertising effectiveness
