let's say SEO company [city] gets 100 searches a month (I made it 100 just so it's a nice number)

If I was number one for this keyword,

How many calls would I get per day?

of those, what percentage would convert?

of those, what percentage will end up being short term clients and what percentage would be long term clients? (short term = they stop paying after 3 months. long term = they pay for more than 3 months)

finally, what is the opimal contract duration for seo? some people to month to month with no contract, some people do 12 months

You will be getting exactly 3 phone calls everyday, and 100% of them would convert. About 50% would be short term clients and 50% would be long term.

You are asking someone to pull number out of their asshole.

What city? Dingleberry backwood city with a population of 300 rednecks or Los Angeles?

The potential? Does your SEO suck donkey dick and they don't rank? Ummm, the ZERO. They will all stay if you give them a fucking ROI.

Optimal contract? Long term. Provide a good service and they will stay. Only people that can't perform lock into long term contracts.

You are trolling, right? Your posts are all like this.

You'd get 101 calls per day
16% would convert
Half would be short term and half would be long term
Perfect contract duration is 237 days

This is the same for every keyword, in every niche, in every country, irrespective of content, web design, layout, product demand, product price, income of the visitor or the state of the economy.

city is a major city like Los Angeles
SEO quality: let's say I get them from #37 to #6. Let's say I can't get them above #6
I used to be a perfectionist and thought everybody wants to be #1 but recently I have learned some people would be happy being #6.

You are missing the point. What you are asking is impossible to answer.

So you want to provide SEO services to an SEO agency in Los Angeles but you will rank them at #6 because you have given up on the idea of perfectionism?

Is there really a demand for SEO comedy?

Dude, your trolling is falling short these days.

Shit, somebody just walked in for Big Mac, go sort their order out and get back to us.

Try it and record your results. Obviously, the numbers won't be the same for every niche/keyword/city so stop asking questions that cannot be answered.

If it was entertaining, it would be saddening.
