you need strategy not a service, no single service from bhw will rank you for hard competition keyword, not long term.

No offense, but every service will work as part of a ranking strategy. Say you have no links at all now, you'd most likely want to have natural anchors and diversity of links done first- so look for a reliable seller that offers that within your budget.

Don't believe any of the sales pitches here that claim to rank using their unique and powerful services etc etc. Look at what you lack, then go shop around for it.

That's not really how it works. One thing you need to understand is that no 'one' service will rank you. It will take work on your part and then a few services ordered to rank competitive keywords and that is coming from when I first started out. Do your due diligence, go look at threads for the best reviews, and piece together a few services.

No single service will do it, it's not magic.

You need a solid base of Tier1 links, good content and Tier 2 links backing it all up, plus great keyword targeting.

This is what SEO is getting to these days. This is the reason why more and more people are wary about SEO in general more now than ever.

A single package is NOT going to rank you for super competitive terms. If that's your mindset, please, please don't purchase anything on this forum. It's clients like you who give the genuine SEO sellers a nightmare/headache. A service that may have worked for "ClientA" is definitely not going to work for "ClientB".

Gone are the days where you could buy a single SEO package and start ranking in days. If you want to rank in 2016/2017, you need a combination. A "single" "package" isn't going to rank you for a competitive term. You need a variety of links, spaced out appropriately, with the right strategy. You need to look at your competition, see what they're doing and do it better. With many big sites now resorting to private PBN's, you also need to be able to uncover them, look at what they're doing and again - do it better. SEO is getting more challenging so please get rid of this "what package will rank me?" bs mindset.

To answer your question, I'm not going to suggest any services. You clearly lack vital understandings of SEO so I'd suggest you maybe read into it more before wasting your money and then complaining when you're not seeing the results you want.

Again, I repeat, a single package or service on this forum probably WON'T rank you as well you want for your keywords. You need to really assess your niche, competitors and then come back with a more realistic mindset on how to tackle the SEO.

This questions is like a " how long is a piece of rope " one.
What do you define as a difficult keyword to rank ?
Are you trying to rank Viagra, Diet or that sort of level ?
