Worried just about the SEO part entirely... It's a blog for local business owners and covers marketing, reputation, how to become a better sales person, etc so it's not purely about SEO, but it does feature a lot of it. Don't want to get banned over something like that, so I'm going to ask.

At this point I'd say you're taking a risk, because technically you'd be discussing something that's against Google TOS. Although I'm not sure if they monitor websites that closely unless they suspect fraudulent clicks.

I'd say it's safer to go with other means of monetizing.

Well unless you're directly promoting black hat SEO and telling people to spam spam spam, I think you will be just fine.

But then again, adsense has some really insane specific rules and you never know.

Btw this niche can be monetized in much better ways than adsense, I don't even know where do begin.

    1) Guides & Ebooks - Clickbank or write your own, you're already writing about those in a blog, compile some of them together and sell guides.
    2) "Online Reputation Managment", this would be my favorite, hire 2 guys from Odesk or something, 1 to manage their Facebook page, Twitter, Pinterest, whatever and 1 to write content for those and pin random pictures from g0gIe. Slap a monthly cost that's waaay more than it costs to hire those 2 guys.
    3) SEO services, again, outsource
    4) Build them websites, logo design, etc, this is probably the most profitable one since you can charge loads for a wordpress site & a logo from fiverr, again, while setting up wordpress is easy as hell, you can outsource it.

This is just things that poped in to my head this moment

Just one of those will probably make you 10x more than you get from Adsense. And you can probably do all of those.

So plz stop worrying about getting banned from Adsense and try one of those. If you need help with it or you just want it to be 100% autopilot, PM me.

Yeah, as said above, you shouldn't even use adsense in this niche anyway so it wouldn't even matter.

Well I have 10 Ad Spots ready, $99/month that's $1,000/month steady income easily in my niche. $12,000/year from one site. But I wanted to use Adsense in the mean time until I can fill up every single Ad spot.. Very low competition, these service providers for my niche will literally leap at anything like this as it's nothing to what they'll make back. My two competitors don't know how to manage their sites, yet these guys fill them with ads. Know the owners of these companies too, so this will be easy..

Getting off track, but Adsense in the mean time would be so much better. :hs: Not sure what to do, prob not worth the risk in the end. Just hate making sites and not being any returns for 8 months. This is a branded site, going to take awhile to make money. Also don't like venturing outside of Adsense, Amazon, or Paid 3rd party Advertisements Deals...

Looks like you want to get passive income before you sell all the slots. You can use AdSense if the website is following all the rules. Moreover, if you do not enough page views, then my suggestion will be not to risk the account.
