If i will make a blogs about making money and rewrite problogger, shoemoney etc. can i be in trouble? 100% unique content, but you can tell it's rewritten if you know it.

    thanks

content rewriting only becomes a threat to you when the level of uniqueness is less than something like %20 because you can read:

He chose to go to the store and buy some milk

    and rewrite it as:

He decided to go to the store and pay for some milk

and the uniqueness is almost non-existent but you can still tell it's the same sentence. The ability for someone to claim copyright infringement is not very strong because there is really no way to tell copyright infringement from coincidence unless it is an exact copy or almost exact copy of the content.

If the content written by the pro bloggers is highly unique (i.e., they have presented original ideas), then it will be easy to tell where you got these ideas from, even if you put them in your own words. You will likely get comments on your blog like, "This is nothing new. So-and-so wrote about this a week ago." Then someone might go to the original source to let them know, and they in turn may file a complaint with G00gle and/or take legal action. If you're "borrowing" from big-name players, they certainly have the money to take you down.

If, on the other hand, you are rehashing what has been said on countless other blogs already, you'll probably blend in. You may want to check out the rules concerning what is "fair use" of copyrightable content:

    Code:
    http://www.copyright.gov/fls/fl102.html
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use
Why not simply credit the source if you publish something that they wrote? This allows you to share potentially valuable info with your readers while keeping yourself out of trouble.

Here is the DMCA if you want to read it...

    Code:
    http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf
    * Nothing that I have written should be considered legal advice. :)

I think that if you change at least 20 or 25% you should have no problem, I'm pretty sure their posts get ripped off quite often, so I doubt they were running all over the Internet looking for your blog. Unless of course you get more traffic than them.

As long as you provide the source where you got the idea to create your article, switch up a few words, you should be good.
