If I have an excel file with kws and search comp how can I delete only ones over x comp?

    I could make a bot for this in winauto or zenno but am not at home for another week so wont have access to them.

    Any other sugesstions?

    A list of kws one column for kw one for the search comp. I want to be able to delete all with comp over x amount.

    am i missing something? this is excel 101
    select both columns, click the filter button, organize by search comp and delete the rows you dont want

    Just sort the data decending order, then you can delete from any point onwards.

    Data Tab
    Choose Filter
    Custom Filter then from the options...
    Is less than or equal to [input your target figure]
    You will then have a filtered list (check)
    Select All
    Delete
    Remove Filter
    The filtered out results will re-appear.
    Sort
    Choose column with figure you are interested in
    In ascending or descending order
    Ok...
    List is now back in one piece and sorted as required

    MUCH easier if you use column headings - there is an option box to tell Excel whether you are using colun headings or not for sort and filter..Make sure you select the appropriate option

    Job Done

    Might wanna try this tool with your best targets (it works in Open Office Calc - though I can convert it to Excel if required link to spreadsheet is at the bottom of the page)

    You can write a macro in excel to automate it. Follow scrittys suggestion & record the macro.
