If i have 1000 Keywords is that good can i chose 100 URL for my Website?

Hi Guys,

I have doubt i am developing an Automobile niche website which contain service like
1. car repair
2. tyre shop
3.Battery Dealers etc..


that is every think related to Automobile you can get in my website. and website is purely for India


Here suppose if i have keyword like this


wheel alignment in New Delhi - URL 1
Wheel alignment in Bangalore - URL 2


Like wise i have some 1000 keywords related to Automobile.
So my combination is Keyword + Location.


is that ok for creating separate URL for all the keyword


or common url like

wheel alignment

in this page i will include in content that location is New Delhi,Bangalore

As a New website if i create 1000 URL for 1000 keywords will google look like keyword stuffing.


Kindly suggest me...

A common keyword will be easier to manage.

But ultimately if you have the resources to manage 1000's of urls for keywords that may bring in 5-50 visitors a month (because its so location specific) then go for it

I've seen a website just do exactly that, and was ranking for multiple keywords on the first page of Google. It was for local SEO as well, but I don't know how it's doing now, it has been about 6 months now.
 
create something like a silo structure . I would choose one of the following two options .
A) city-> service -> sub service->.....
B) service->sub service->city.......

the only problem is going to be how you create 1000 pages without duplicate content .

Also keep in mind, next time don't out your keywords .
 
sine we have cover car mechanic area and location wise,
let say for Bangalore we have 1000 mechanic data. in bangalore 200 area are there so 1000 mechanic * 200 area.
so my content will be different


then about silo....is that internal linking architecture
