No it doesn't. That said, Pro plan is getting access to plugins which is basically access to the internet so you can get live information.
 
No. You get access to it even during high demand and processing speed is somewhat higher. Also, you may or may not have access to plugins.
 
I read somewhere in the threads here paid version also don't get access to the tool when there is huge demand + no it doesn't provide access to live data.
 
yes chatgpt does, i have it write articles for me for future events. but Bard is better in the real time data aspect.

it showed me competition on keywords using keyword planner

I saw an article that they will connect it to internet but so far still seeing that the data is always from 2021, to being honest stay on the free version is being working fine and sometimes I complement it with the bing AI or bard.
