If I don't want to rank my homepage but my inner page, what should be my anchor text?

If I don't want to rank my homepage(for any keyword), but I am buying links to my homepage. Should my anchor text be my brand or it should be related to my money keywords that are optimized and directly linked to the homepage?

Spread the links between the homepage and the inner page that you want to rank for. And also use an anchor text link from the homepage to the inner page. Concentrate more on the inner page but do not make it too obvious by all links pointing to the inner page and not to the homepage. Use the best links with the most related or close anchor texts to the inner page and generic or brand anchor texts mainly to the homepage with some related anchor texts too.

I assume your main focus is on an inner page, but that doesn't mean you ignore the homepage. In this case, you say that you don't want to rank for your homepage.. so the most sensible option would be to just send generic/brand anchors to the homepage. This reduces any spam issues and you're not really targeting anything specific so you probably won't rank for anything (although sending too many brand links will eventually rank you for long-tail keywords).
