    Hi,
I saw several sites doing this, when they say on the front page they're not hosting any pirate content and just giving links or embedding ,
this is actually make the site legal?
    thanks!

You are not too good at answering questions either, Newb. The question of illegality is best answered when you have answered the question about where the hell you live. Rwanda and the Vatican don't have the same set of laws, you know.

Of course it matters. A webhosting account is not a person. IT can not be convicted of a crime. You on the other hand can.

i dont really think i can, i did a little research and there is an orginazation called ZIRA that actually sueing owners of pirate sites, but my question is, if im not hosting the pirate content,
its still a crime? because i know there is one israeli website that hosts all the content and another site that offers links, only the first site had problem with ZIRA, so i think after all thats fine on my country,
    dont you think?
    thanks very much!

Well, it depends on what the current legal situation is in Israel. If you are allowed to link to external content or not. As far as I can tell, you do not have any major Bittorrent sites in Israel, even with only magnet links, and that is for a reason, right?

Also, even if there are no laws applicable in your opinion, it does not mean that they can not try you and convict you as a test case.

If you have bulletproof hosting paid for with bitcoin and logged into via proxy you are of course safer, but if does not affect the legality of what you are doing. It just affects the likelihood of you getting busted for it.

Israel is a pretty good place for dodgy business though. Just like Russia. Your non-alignment with most other countries make you a lot safer for borderline stuff, unlike EU or USA.
