    Hi my friends,

    I have several questions following:

    1) When google deindex a site, will it deindex all the pages and the whole site, or just deindex some of the site pages?
In these 5 days, the traffic of my site drop a terrible down, when I check my site's pages, all the 3 main categories page are all not indexed (these pages have ranked to the 1st page of google by the related keywords), but so strange is my main url of the site, and the 3rd tier sub-categories are also indexed by google. That surly very strange, so is there any kind friend could explain me, if google deindex a site, will google deindex whole site pages or just a part of the sites?

    2) Or my site's ranked pages has been hacked by somebody? Since just now, when I test one of my 3rd tier subcategory url by searching in google, the fist result of the google show me "my page title - e-Deploy", but I have not wrote any "e-Deploy" in my page title, and after I clicked the url on google, it jump to one of my competitor site, after I tried clicked the link about 3-4 times, it turn to jump to my site page, so strange!!!

    3) Is it possible to re-index the pages which maybe deindexed? How to:(?

Any kind friend could explain for me?:(

I have tried about 5 months for the site ranking, but now, nothing:(

Thanks a lot, my dear friends~

Google can deidex whole website or just few pages. It all depends on a reason, dup content, thin content, DMCA, algorithmic penalty applied to some pages or manual, which is site-wide. When they deindex whole website, it doesn't mean that all pages will disappear in one shot, they might disappear one by one over time as they are crawled by google bots. So you have to dig deeper. I've seen some strange behavior lately where some pages stopped ranking for a few days only to come back later on with better rank (think link building)

As for re-index, if it's algo penalty you have to clean things up like on page seo (if your page is over optimized for a keyword) , improve you content (thin content), disavow crappy links... if it is a manual penalty, most probably you'll be better off staring from scratch.

Either way, you'll have to do some analysis to come up with an idea why and take it from there.
