As the title suggests. If g indexes a page does that mean it approves of that page?

They wouldn't index a page they thought was crap or could give negative SEO, so if they index it, they must think it's acceptable?

So for every new page that gets indexed that has your link, as long as you follow anchor text rules, link velocity, relevancy, ******** etc the link should help?

To the extent that not being total utter shit makes you great, then yeah, I guess.

Indexing is just the bare minimum - unique content, lack of penalties, and at least enough words to be worthwhile as a part of the interwebs. From there it's a long and hard road to a ranking...

Google is not a one thing, service or department. If google indexes page it approves it in sense that its safe for browsing, doesn't contain malware, nothing to do with crap content or links. Crap content is still safe to browse so it gets indexed.

No, it doesn't mean automatically that the link is good if its in page that gets indexed. Pages with bad links gets also indexed.

    Home Page:
Google index billion and billions of pages, does that mean google approve all?
Even it index billion shits from illegal pages to copyright content.

crawling & indexing is bare minimum, if your site not index something basic not set right in your site like bot access banned in your site, or server down etc.

So indexing is not surprise but not indexed is surprise surprise :)

You can be still indexed even if you are penalized, so no it does not mean that Google approves.

I don't think they CAN approve the huge amount of web pages that are created daily. Indexing does not guarantee in any way that the content is of good quality.
