    1: if domain is expired

2: if it's not expired and i am buying it in auction

with the 2 above examples if the domain isn't indexed can i use it for pbn network or not?

You need to check the past content, and the anchor text of the website.
Most times you can easily re-index it with some content and backlinks and letting google crawl it naturally.

But if you see some bullshit like "nfl jerseys" or something about buying some "loui vuitton shades" then drop that bitch and move on.

Basically, in a nutshell if the past content you see changed A LOT, like a whole other niche compared to what the site was, and the anchor text does not match the original site/content, chances are it was de-indexed and used for either a PBN, or some bullshit site to sell fake products.

    EDIT:
Perfect example of what I mean: savisu.com
Look at that website on majestic or ahrefs, then look at it on archive.org.
Theres a reason why no ones bidding on it at GoDaddy.
    It's de-indexed for a reason...

Majestic, or ahrefs will do for checking the anchor text, yea.

    Thanks.
Let's just say it's not spammy, natural anchors, content doesn't change, etc...
Will this kind of link profile OK for you? Total backlink 28K with only 400-ish ref. domains?

    Yea thats good.
But don't forget to check out some of those links, and make sure the majority of the ones you do see aren't spammy backlinks.
(Blog comments, low quality web 2.0s, etc)

I was buying only indexed domains and I was missing so much! Like acid said, check for links and how the site looked like. If everything looks normal/decent go for it. I bought 3 domains that were not indexed and using it now for my PBN just fine. Google indexed all 3 domains.

Most expired domains won't be indexed dude! They will reindex no problem though it's just they might not have been a site for a while.

  11. Agree with Openside. Run it through Lindexed to help get it indexed again.

Find a broker who sells domains that were used by a non Internet Marketer previously and you will have nothing to worry about. It's normal for expired domains to de-index but if it was previously owned by somebody sending 50,000 viagra links then it's a different story

aarongoldsten, after adding content, the domain will be indexed in case it was not banned in past.

PS. You can buy indexed domains at godaddy auctions.
