    Hey guys!
I´m looking for an startup script that works for IE v.6 and v.7

I have a very nice niche with 1000 uniques a day, wich I want to use to put up my own search engine with AdSense ads and the Search thing.

Is it possible, that the user has not to accept setting up the startup page?

    Try this:

    Code:
    http://javascript.internet.com/page-details/set-homepage-link.html
Looking at the code, it seems that this will work, for some browsers, but not others. A little tweaking of the code might make it possible to set the homepage without notifying your users, but that will quickly get your site on lists that will cause various "surf safe" programs to block it. I've had some clients try this sort of thing with decent results, and others with terrible, so YMMV, but I would suggest trying it on a different site/domain first, just in case.

    Thx mattstrike, will try it.

The thing is, that I check my visitors and 80% are using IE. And it is a lot of potential for makeing long-term money on this, because a lot of my visitors don´t know much about the Internet.

If someone have any suggestions, don´t be scared ;)
