    Hello.

Does anyone have any IDIOT PROOF Backlinking SEO Tasks you can think of?

I have some NONE TECHNICAL staff working for me who have just BASIC IT SKILLS.

I would like to use their time doing some ongoing BACKLINK Building to help our SERPS.

I dont want them to do it MANUALLY as that is no time effective when their are tools available.

Do you pros have any suggestions on what SEO Tasks i could give them (possibly with tools) that require little to NO SEO Knowledge, just time?

If you had or have some inoffice resources, how would you use them best for building backlinks?

Unfortunatly, i dont think they are capable of doing SEO Tasks that require much thought, only simple things.

    Thanks in advance

Non technical people I would agree with above. Have them register on forums related to your niche and coment on as many posts as they can. Have their sig link back to your pages.

Pinging new websites so they get indexed.

Adding Google Analytics, or other analytic codes to your web pages.

Rewriting articles & submitting them to article directories.

Can anyone suggest any IDIOT PROOF applications that i can get here that are free?
Ideally, so there is just a few steps that need to be done with minimal thought involved.

I downloaded PR Storm yesterday - that is as simple as it gets!
Something along those lines in simplicity. I doubt there is anything AS simple but you get the idea.

    Thanks

the most simple way dude is just to take any of the ideas that have been suggested, and just write them all out step by step in a way that makes it so they don't have to think only follow directions. and when they do have to make any choices clearly write out in the instructions what they need to pick.

so if its forum commenting just do it yourself, then write down everything you do, and think about why you did what you did. then write down the entire process in a simple step by step process

    example:
    go to google
    type [niche] forums
click a link that appears to be a forum
if it is a forum, sign up
(if you are not sure how to sign up, read my directions on how to sign up to a forum)
after you sign up, go to usercp and edit the signature
copy and paste the signature i have given you in your materials
    save the signature
go to main page of the forum and begin clicking on links that lead to threads
read through the thread to get an idea what its about
    make a comment
and please repeat the last 3 steps for X amount of hours or until you have made Y amount of posts

next go back to google and sign up on the next forum and repeat all the steps above, and continue on as many forums as possible

I think the best tasks for non techies are registering profiles.
    And posting content.
