Does anyone know how to find out who owns a website that has privacy enabled?

I know who hosts them but can't find any contact information on them.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yeah, it's called a subpoena. Good luck with that. :)

The only thing you can do is to send an email to the privacy email address listed in the WHOIS record and try to social engineer your way to their identity. Again, good luck with that.

Try the whois history function at domaintools - if they've lapsed the whois protection at some point in the past then their real info will show up. It was pay to play last time I checked.
