Identity Cloaker failed to do its job why?

I used identity cloaker to get back on a forum i was banned from after a heated discussion where i ended up swearing and the moderator banned me, so i thought why not go back on the forum and use

1. identity cloaker
2. ccleaner

but somehow the forum mod still worked it out and banned me! that means identity cloaker is pure rubbish not worth the money!
does the mac address have to be changed and delete flash objects?

cant work out how the mod worked out and banned me for opening up a new account on the forum after i swore, so how can a person remain stealth and go back on forum your banned from for swearing?

What makes TOR browser better than identitycloaker?
using identitycloaker i thought I would be anonymous on the forum when i rejoined, but the admin somehow worked out he had banned me previously, so how did he

1. work out he had banned me previously, even if i was using identitycloaker which gives a new ip everytime.

2. does the computer name have to be changed? - can the computer name or mac address been seen and does this have to be changed?

say if you were banned from this forum for example, how would you get back on without the admin knowing its you?
