Ideas on How to Monetize a Killer Domain Name?

I bought what I consider a killer domain name:


Bought it on an online auction at sedo.com for around $2,200 (my largest domain name purchase to date). It is a 12 year old TLD, one word, with good Google search volume for the word "incentives". Though I think I overpaid to get it (thanks to the one asshole who kept outbidding me and was probably the owner of the domain) but I see a lot of potential for this domain name for either a WH or BH site.

Anywho, I'm tied up with about 18 different things right now so I don't have time to plan out how to develop the site and implement it. So I'm curious if anyone had any thoughts on how to try to monetize the domain for the next 3 or 4 months while I finish up my current projects. If you wanted to put in the work to get a method up and running to monetize it I'd split it 50/50 with you.

In all honesty i think i would find one of the domain guys who sell domains for like millions and see if they will take your domain and work out a % that each of you is happy with.

It seems like you might be able to use it for incentive CPA offers, especially if it is getting traffic from the name.

It really doesn't have much value without a site built on it. Nobody is searching for "incentives" and it's a .net.

Make your own GPT site. I'm sure Boosey is floating around here under a different username, and he's a wiz at CashCrate.
