You need to manipulate the price of your token through wash trading and control at least 15% or more of the supply to prevent getting dumped by jeeters at least in the first or second hour of the token launch. 'Traders' or, let's be real, gamblers don't give af about marketing in a meme coin that doesn't even have good price action. People only ape/buy whatever they see on the trending list, and if the price action looks good (higher highs, higher lows), they'll buy.

Use an anime as a promotion.
You should have a discord, more user engangement and communties tab.
95% of crypto influencers are scammers, they are either 100% botted, no engangement or just impersonate someone. 1 method i found is find an influencer who streams, either trading or talking about the news etc etc, and just mention it to them in the chat in a 3rd party way, like "Hey i just found X coin, what your throught on it". if they read chat and decide to look into it, thats free promotion.
Also bitmart isnt the best exchange IMO, 70% of their volume is only in BTC with the other 30% being mostly in ETH, alt coins on bitmart dont get much organic volume tbh. Most tier B exchanges have better volume spread than bitmart.

The most important factor is what idea it is based on. Like if you can relate it to some trending story with emotions , it will go viral with least expense on marketing.
