    Hello everyone,

Me and my partner are going to officialy found a company for our webdesign business now. We just have serious problems to found a name for it... How would you handle that situation? Maybe even have some ideas? (spoonfeed our empty minds!) Hardest part as always :)

    Greetings

    Trololol :D:D Sorry, couldn't resist :D

They say there are two major issues in Computer Science: The perfect caching and giving names :)

My suggestion: DNT Design Studio - matches the local spirit ;) Tagline: We will rock you! :D

I always wanted to start a web design company and call it "finishmysite.xxx"

I constantly come across clients that have incomplete sites where the original "programmer" ditched them mid-project. I figured that would be catchy and appropriate.

Think of various aspects of your service that you believe make it unique. Write them down, and after re-reading that list, start freely writing ideas that come to your mind. It usually works if you're in a relaxed environment.

So true. However, many of those clients were ditched for a reason, and the only way to find out what that reason was is to contact them and have them as your clients. Been there, done that.

Please refer to this TheOatmeal comic, it's been referenced before in other threads:
