Ideas for a deep seo analysis tool

I'm building a Deep Seo Analysis Tool. The tools will work like the SeoQuake extension for firefox, but for analyzing a whole site (for example a site of yours, or a competition's site

Those are the current features I've planned:

Domain:
* Age
* Backlinks
* PR
* Indexed sites

For each indexed page:
* Backlinks
* PR

And maybe in a second version, index of ******** and nofollow backlinks, link saturation (how many links with the keyword in the anchor against total backinks)

What do you think? What can I add?

Is this going to do on-page stuff like analyze text, semantics, etc? Or just the link landscape?
