Okay, so i was playing around with some things today and then i came up with something, i dont know if this has been posted before, if it has then im sorry 
I havent tryed this myself yet, this is just an idea.
You can probably put a twist on it or whatever you think might work.
Basicly this is a way to collect emails from active webmasters of pretty much any blog you can comment on.
So here goes.
You make up a fake name and create an email with the name in it.

Next you write a small message about how you like the persons website and would like to buy an ad spot and you could not find a contact email.
It could look something like this.
?Hello, I have looked around on your site and it seems very promising, I would like to buy an advertising spot on your site but I was unable to find your direct contact email, hope you don?t mind that I posted it as a comment.

Now open scrapebox, if you don?t have it go buy it, this is something everyone should have.
Scrape a list of domains within a certain niche or just go for everything.
Load up the comment, fake name, fake email and start blasting away.
My idea is that a lot of webmaster will write to the fake email about the offer and you can capture their email and send him pretty much anything in return without it being spam, sinse he contacted you on email not the other way around.
You could also set the email up with an auto responder that just sends him a prewritten email with some kind of offer.
Hope you guys like this, I think you have to be fast and try it out sinse I don?t think people will response when they get 20 of these a day.
