Like the title says, if anyone has some free time I'd greatly appreciate any improvements I can make, here is what I need suggestions on (any pointers below would be helpful):

    1) Visually (not so important) -
    • is it user friendly
[*=left]is it easy to navigate to main pages (ie sales page - services)
[*=left]is the content enough to keep the bounce rate low and retain the person (unless obviously they want to bounce out with google ppc :D)

    2) Conversions (ppc & sales) - very important -
    • How can i increase my sales in my sales page (considering i would have a high % of targeted traffic)
    • How can i get the user to navigate to service page and then select the appropriate service more often (from my prospective I can see the navigation allows it to be easy to go to services page but webmaster-tool/analytics shows enterance into the services page from home page is virtually 0%)
    • If user does decide to leave how can i increase the clickable rate of the ads, at the moment it is low but then again so is traffic (see below lol)

    3) Seo factors - on-site & off-site (if you've got more time on hands :p) -
    • I want to know if I'm doing everything correctly so I'll tell you what I've done so far: changed h1 & h2 title to keywords, change meta tags to keywords, change alt tag to keyword (only 1 image per page), increased pages count to approx 110 pages (nearly all above 300 words, good quality) and I know keyword density is supposed to be anywhere between 3-10% but I've not really bothered about this (although it would be important) because of two things, the sites density would be near enough there anyway plus with the g updates i didn't want to over-optimise
    • I know backlinks are important so i'm building these but if i stop would the rankings decrease suddenly or would I drop 1-2 positions everytime a rival takes my spot -sustaining my position only allowing my competitors pushing me down. Also I'm bored of building backlinks has anyone got a plan to build links cheaply other than fiverr eg use so and so monday etc and should I use fiverr and rotate the gig giving me more ip and type (ie web 2.0, posts, profile) diversification (if so would you reccommend buying 1 gig a day or 1 gig a week etc)
    • Also obviously everyone knows social triggers are playing a factor in seo aswell now, but whenever I buy a gig for something like google + etc after a few days they disappear lol and google must know its fake (eg in a few days i get upto 50, sometimes drip-feed sometimes spiked and then they just drop) so should i just keep it organic (once traffic has picked up) and is there anyway to squeeze social factors other than pop-up (because it looks crap plus can't have adsense on it then)

    4) Driving traffic -
    • My rankiings are shit other than all the suggestions above any other thing you'd like to specifically say about my site

remember be as critical as you like, this can only improve my site, also if you've suggested a software (cheap only) pls let me know where I could get my hands on it.
    Site : private
    uk
    dot
    org
ideal keyword would be private investigator (lol as if i'm ever getting this) & private investigator uk (maybe)

ps lol ive written a lot already but pls only post if you are helping

Yeh could you pls remove the URL, I've done it on purpose. Yeh I forgot to mention the load times like 10 sec but there's not much I can do about that. It's because of the Ajax system after the first load (home page) it runs really smoothly approx 3secs.

    On first glance...

visually need some repair. the background image changes size and your pages slide past length of BG image so its a bit weird. Plus I am not sure if you can classify visual as not important because if things look shoddy people will move on and not send you money.

secondly if I am not familiar with your company why would I send you money? You need some credibility building stuff, if its there, I didnt see it so its not prominent enough.

to improve your sales page simplify. I know you offer a bunch of services but its a jumble. Maybe highlight a few of your more popular services then get into the broader range on another page. This way you can make it look better and not so overwhelming.

So far so could, so improve load time, contain page elements within page (see I wasn't aware of this so it was a good idea to ask you guys) and simplify to popular services.

I'm not sure how I can build credibility online, what do you mean by this and how can I achieve this. I've seen rival company and if you think mines is crap you need to look at there's lol. Basically we've been around for a few years but only started online presence now so back to this credibility what should I do add some buzz words or something eg served x amount of clients (we haven't really had high profile cases to show and even if we had it's not wise for us to put personal cases online to show potential clients).

All business models differ on how to build credibility but some tried and true methods are being endorsed by certain business organizations (not sure how that applies to your business, but there must be some), also testimonials from satisfied customers, again your work is sensitive in nature so this could be tough but there may be some situations where you could put up peoples satisfaction with your organization (first names or names changed, etc). I have also seen people in the investigative field put up case study type pages where you might loosely outline some real case scenarios you have solved or been instrumental in resolving.

These are just ideas off the top of my head but things like that go a long way to show people you are running an actual business and its not something you pieced together overnight. Believe me, people piece things together overnight and make it all up and make it look great, so you most certainly cant have a real business with nothing lending to your credibility.
