Icloud account got disabled i dont remember my recovery pass

Guys , i have used my imac 3 years back and never touched it for past 3 years now i try to login all the apps are outdated i cant even use it ,when i try to update my mac os ,itunes gives me error 103 ,i have read in apple forum it says either the device is not registed with the icloud id ,i tried logging in it says due to security reasons we have disabled your id and asking me to recover ,i dont remember the recovery questions and email linked is some random email which i used years back ! I'm stuck any idea to revive my mac?
