IBP Says 87% of the requirements for a top 10

I want to make my site in the top 10s but IBP says that my site only meets 87 % for the keyword how can i improve it to rank better or aleast appears in the top 10 any comments on this ?

go through IBP report
it explain each and every point
check ur keyword density
get backlinks to ur site ( let me knw if u r interested in directory submission service to get backlinks) through dir submissions, blog commenting, forum signatures, link exchange
add keywords to H1 tag
and have patience

yes ibp says that it does not appear in any social networks that to try to get one aleast.
so where can i just one one to point any help. please..

Just submit all your pages and home page to a number of social bookmarking sites, also do not believe a lot in IBP .. .

My site is just one month old and IBP score is 72% and it is in second page for two less competitive keyword with only 16 backlinks. Most of then are nofollow but really juicy for trust and authority. I think all suggestion of IBP can't be followed and do you sure that all your competitor sites are 100? optimized for google?May be you have better optimized than those.
IBP's report solely depends on analysis of first 10 sites with you. Any way I should mention IBP is in market for more than 10 years and certainly trustful.
