I would like to know about email harvesters, scrubbers, bulk email?

What are the best programs with out breaking the piggy bank?
I found a web site for targeted bulk email, but when I put it through
bulk email sender there where only 16 out off 100 emails that where good.
Is there a program that will do all harvest, scrubber,bulk sending?
Also if you harvest can you send them in bulk emails with opt out button.

Im also interested in this. This is actually something Ive been interested in for years and it amazes me that with soooooooo many services in the blackhat world that NO ONE offers this as an affordable service so that tells me that this isn't an area to focus on. Lol.

I'm not sure entirely what you're looking for. I've owned an email company for years now and do fairly substantial volume, but i'm not sure it's exactly what you're trying to do. Not sure why you'd want to harvest as you're more likely to start hitting litigators and what not. You can hook up with decent data brokers that don't break the bank.

As far as an all in one service for email scrubbing / sending you could look into send safe. I know there are people out there that have cracked it if you can't afford it either.
