just to add to OP knowledge share.... this can be done using the TG api. from your list of users, send group invite requests, which just adds them to the group. for this individual task, there are plenty of scripts that will do it for you, although they usually can do it from one account at a time and as OP mentioned, there are limits... so you need to use multiple accounts all at the same time through some form of multithreading and proxies, ideally.
