So this guy used the good old chargeback fraud to get the product I sold and also have the money back from Gaypal.

Even if I showed paypal the proof of delivery I lost the goods, money of the shipping and the earnings.

I know it's my fault, that gaypal is shit and I am not complaining about that.
I know I won't ever see my money back and I'm not asking for this.

    I want revenge.

This man comes from the U.S. and I am from Europe, so it is not possible for me to personally get satisfaction.

I know his name, email, workplace and telephone number.

Let's hear what you BHers would do if you were in my shoes.

I'd probably have a really good cry about it on an internet forum such as BHW...

    Europe, sometimes.
I would quit bitching and asking people to go give some lowlife a beating, and get working on some more moneymaking.

wow, I'm in the same boat...forget about that guy...he is just a symptom of your larger issue...a correct payment processor...perhaps we should look together because i am in the exact same boat with identical price ranges...

although i have paypal pro...i know that they are a joke against chargebacks. Can anyone recommend a good company for payment processing?

Send his workplace a strong letter about, how he robbed you of $2000. He may not get the boot, but at least people in his workplace will be suspicious of him, and gossip behind his back. :D

I'm not sure why nobody else has stated the obvious.... but.... have you phoned him, and asked him why he did the chargeback?

Have you tried to get in touch with him? Probably the guy was using another person's credit card in a paypal account without the real owner's authorization.

I got to agree with JackSparrow really - you could embark on a little domain email scraping and send EVERYONE he works with a very carefully worded email detailing what a shitbag their colleague is.

First start by posting his details here. Everything you've got. I'll take a look with what you give me and see if I can find anything else. I disagree with anyone who says move on. Fuck that. I'm a revengeful person and $2000 is a lot of money.

I'll skip commenting the trolling, since as I said I'm not complaining because I know it was my fault to to use gaypal.

Actually this man is an old rich man, CEO of a well-known company who just did it on a whim, because he probably knew he could do this (he said he has already thrown everything in the garbage).

And yes I called but couldn't get to him, just spoke to some employees and his personal assistant.

Those 2000$ are not a big economical problem, but I dont know.. I think I will feel better if whenever someone searches his name on g00gle finds a picture of a big dick or something like that.

dont spend too long on it but each day or so remind him that you havent forgotten him! an email here, a message left on his ansaphone (not too rude!), a message left with any work colleagues, then start the internet stuff. Concentrate your time at recouping your loss elsewhere and learning from the experience. good luck
