I have 6 days left, at about $155 on day two, and haven't marketed the listing at all.

I'm very ready to move on to the next project but I don't know if I should take his offer or wait it out.

Site made over $1000 in the first month, has essentially no expenses, and I'm just now scaling it.. this site is really a gem, I guess, but idk if I should sell it just for 900... I really don't know. I mean it could be returning $5000 a month in a few weeks if you really know what you're doing.

What do you guys think?

PM if you need to get specific details.. I'm a little weary about sharing specifics with everyone.

Thanks in advance guys.

I'd hold on to it and drive as much cash out of it as I could. Then on a downturn flip it. Just my two cents.

Site made 1k but you are considering an $900 offer?

Just wait it out, the bidding will start going up on the last day or so.

No way dont take $900. I would wait for much higher offers or just keep it.

Thanks for the assurance.. this is my first site build and flip so

Thanks guys.. I'm trying to think of a way to take advantage of this tho... ya know, not let it go to waste.. he's really nice, and he and I both know he's undervaluing it.. he says it's just his budget. What if I convince him to drop the 900 in as a bid.. and at least give me 8 hours to get a higher bid.. since he's undervaluing it and all.. if he's out bid no harm done to him.... but I get a nice boost in early bidding..... also, I can drive traffic well enough.. any ideas on how or where from I should drive traffic to the ad?

Guys I can do this again like hotcakes, and need the budget for my next project. I won't take the 900 but I won't keep it either.

Don't you make the same amount or more in just 1 month? I'd suggest you wait it out.

@Kansept , what is really motivation for opening this thread? Subtle acolyte harvest? Attention whoring? Self promotion?

A chapter from 1 of my favourite books "The Art of Human Hacking"

Making a Deliberate False Statement

Delivering a false statement seems like it would backfire off the top, but it
can prove to be a powerful force to be reckoned with.
Attacker: “Everybody knows that XYZ Company produced the highest-
selling software for this widget on earth.”
Target: “Actually, that isn’t true. Our company started selling a similar
product in 1998 and our sales records have beaten them routinely by more
than 23%.”
These statements, if used effectively, can elicit a response from the target
with real facts. Most people must correct wrong statements when they hear
them. It’s almost as if they are challenged to prove they are correct. The
desire to inform others, appear knowledgeable, and be intolerant of
misstatements seems to be built into human nature. Understanding this trait
can make this scenario a powerful one. You can use this method to pull out
full details from the target about real facts and also to discern who in a group
might have the most knowledge about a topic.

You are using variation of it , your deliberate false statement is " oh im not sure if i should sell my site for 0.9 of monthly earning, my precious gem"
YOU ARE MANIPULATOR

First of all , this is hidden sale thread. You can't do it. Spit $130 first and open your marketplace thread according to rules.

If it's making constant monthly revenue of 1k. You could sell it for 10-20k.

You should list it on empire flippers

Hush puppy.. anyone who's been following my journey knows I'm still a newbie. I just needed some advice.. for fuck sake I called my parents right after I got the offer. You're just salty bro

Use due diligence.

It just sounds fishy as hell.

wow great advice! As it's a new business it has no evidence of consistency but on the flip side it's barely been marketed... it could easily bring in 5k a month in the very new future if put into the correct hands.

Even if you only have 3 months earnings thats might be enough. 6 months is good enough too.

What his offer or my site? My site is legit lol revenue proof and everything. I've spent the first 48 hours of the listing not even marketing it, just proving it's legitimacy and my own legitimacy as a new seller.

Spin it on me, great ad hominem ! Its not about you trying to sell for 0.9 monthly income when its common knowledge sites go for 10x montly income or more. Proof of you having intent to sell it here is that you are soliciting PM messages about purchase and are ready to make some deals here , not on flippa. If you did sell it on flippa , and came here to show us, that would be informational thread. As it looks now , its a bait thread.

I can't even believe you said that bitter shit dude, I've gotten like 5 offers already and haven't even responded to them yet because I'm genuinely seeking advice.
