you think the guy would have been smart enough to download them at
one point or another.
There are many people that change the graphic into something funny before the
person finds out.

have a better idea get yourself some gay hardcore pics and some other dirty / damages minds type of pics you got the idea rename those and upload on same location with original pics .... and let him to use them

Something similar happened to me as well. Some dude asked me to send him the images or re-upload them but he was not threatening me with lawyers. Anyhow, I ended up uploading the images again. A few days later I changed them to pictures of testicles and something else I can't remember. They were up for over a week before he realized what he was selling.

I did something like that to a competitor on ebay. I made a picture with some vicious text in it. Some like I like to rub myself etc.... He somehow still made sales with that at the top of his listing lol
