I bought a domain for $6 (57.4 in the screenshot) and i was billed 4 times by Paypal or Namecheap

i filled a dispute with Paypal and they denied it :

Paypal : "We have received a response from your merchant and have also reviewed all the details of your claim. Based on the merchant’s response and the information we have to date, we will have to deny your claim. This decision was made because we found that you were only billed once for this transaction and there was no duplicate transaction."

What can i do?

Open a support ticket with Namecheap first, see what they have to say.

Contact Namecheap, their support is awesome
they will sort things out

You should have contacted namecheap support. Their live support has always been very helpful. Try contacting them.

i contacted Namecheap and the said :
"We can see only one transaction related to order #7759XXXXX for the amount of $6.16, and it is made from PayPal.
Thus, please contact PayPal support for them to check the case."

Have you sent them screenshoots of your PayPal payments? All payments should have different transaction id´s. Suppose you did that, just had to ask.

They have been doing that for ages they are well known for it that was why I stopped buying their domains over 4 years ago.

You can report them depending on your country rules to a government or business group who can sort it for you I did that a while ago.

Maybe its only preauthorization and will be dropped shortly? Contact your bank , ask them how much available funds you have

Maybe they log multiple times but actually bill only once. Check your transactions on PayPal or bank. There will definitely be only single transaction

you can Confirm With Namecheap and PayPal Both for the solutions !

because the charge should be in your Paypal for the only Things you Bought through Paypal or you set recurring payment in Namecheap?

Ok, contact your bank and maybe wait a couple of days to see if it clear´s as one payment later, otherwise, make a chargeback with your bank.

"chargeback with your bank" means i ask my bank to transfer back my money to the bank?

Yes, tell your bank that there has been a couple of unauthorized transactions that you did not authorize, and they will stop them and get them back for you.

OK thank you i will ask them that.

I was charged $270 for renewal of few of my domains last week. Contacted Namecheap support, they said they don't normally refund the renewal fees, but in my case, upon continuous requests, they refunded all the money.

Just talk with the guys bro!
