I want to withdraw money from limited Paypal

Hello guys, as my PayPal account is limited more than 180 days now and i want to withdraw this balance from my account..i cannot use my bank account as PayPal not accepting my PayPal,i made fake UK PayPal account.i heard i can use payoneer master card to withdraw my money from limited PayPal..but PayPal not accepting the Payoneer now..please guys suggest me any other payoneer alternative or any method i can withdraw balance from limited PayPal.Thanks very much in advance

any bank account in uk will do it, they dont check names
