If I use CC cleaner (or Onyx on my Mac...)will this cover my tracks if I fill out a CPA offer (I want to confirm if i'm being jerked by my network....) clearing all temp. files, caches, history, etc,.. + using an IP from an entirely different location?

Ya do this or hire someone on fiverr !

Also, I know Peerfly rips off so I would stay away from them.

peerfly definitely ripps you off of 10% or even more of your clicks.

you can easily check that with bit.ly, correct me if this is normal in cpa networks, have not tried any others, yet.

Keep in mind that advertisers scrub. Your network doesn't have to be shaving you in order for some leads not to be counted, especially on something like email submits.
I would also say that you're more likely not to have the lead recorded if you're using a cafe, library, or any other public IP.

All in all, I recommend simply sending a bit of actual traffic, and split-testing with another network, not just filling out an offer and calling them cheaters if it doesn't credit.

Well it would seem to me that YOU guys would have some mechanism to make advertisers come clean, if it is in fact true that the advertiser is the culprit:fear:

And that just sounds like bullshit to me. So if someone ACTUALLY fills out a legit offer from a cafe or library you're saying you guys are gonna just automatically not record it???

Why go to all the cloak and dagger?

Just assume yes. Yes, be pessimistic. First ever CPA offer I had I was getting scraped big time. Sent in emails and they came back with bullshit answers.

But I looked at it this way. I asked myself "what traffic am I getting to this site and is this my best monetization method", "whats my ROI" and "will others shaft me".

Overall, the campaign was profitable so I just let it as it was.

split testing with a simillar offer is better as long as you send enough traffic

    I agree guys.
I still stay this whole notion that "oh well they're gonna shave leads so don't trip..." is shady on their part and ultimately encourages affiliates to want to shave back.;)

CPA is not my main source of income so I don't trip that much. I just hate it when networks try to get over and then act like it's EVERYONE else but them....

Yup and they are really trigger happy with the ban hammer, even if you're sending them awesome quality traffic. They will ban you and happily keep the money you made them. Avoid like the plague.

Yep. I was sending them $90 an hour of some of the most awesome traffic available (proven credit card holders in a particular niche who had bought before) using a blackhat but legal method and they banned me after a single complaint. Of course, they didn't pay me.

Stay well clear of them if your methods are even remotely blackhat.

PeerFly DOES NOT shave or scrub leads. If you're being scrubbed then the advertiser is doing it based on your lead quality being poor.

Our reports only show unique clicks. Bit.ly shows every click even if every click came from the same person. We track every click and conversion in real time.

We pay legitimate publishers on time, every time. It's that simple. Below are a few quotes from members of BHW. :)
