Hello,

I wanna start an LLC in US. I am from canada and just wanted some input...

What exactly do i need? Ive done some research and found out all i really need is a US address...How would i get a US address..could i get someone to set it one up for me?

If anyone can give me any valuable info that would be awsome..

How about... like... you don't do that and build a business in your own country instead?

Move to the US if you want the benefits?

The purpose of this is to get myself a EIN number... and a bus here is alot more expensive here then in the US. lol

I wonder if you've read about Uptownbulker's service ? (He or She is a member of this forum).

There are many company formation companies that will provide you with a real address for a yearly fee. They will forward any incoming mail to you.

I would recommend you one but to be honest I've always tried to be as far as inhumanly possible from the US so I've never looked for such service on the US. Nevertheless I'm starting an LLC on the UK and prices are around 400-600usd for such service.
