Hi, how much worth a new site? is in spanish, is about tech, news, gadgets, etc, from mayor sites (engad get, gizmo do, google news, yahoo, etc) is linked with twitter and facebook, fully automatized, but as it is new, do not know their value, or how to justify,

can i post the site here?

Value depends on many things. like domain age, PR , Rankings, traffic and income.

usually I sell my sites at 10x to 20x net income

Spanish sites suck. Hard to get traffic and almost impossible to monetize

If you browse through Flippa.com then you'll notice that turnkey (new) sites rarely, very rarely sell for more than a hundred to few hundred bucks, making this "business model" essentially worthless.

Furthemore, as someone added above, the site being in Spanish doesn't add much to the value either. The vast majority of buyers are English speaking and prefer buying sites that they can actually understand / improve.

Your best option might be listing it on websites that target the Spanish-speaking market (Spanish and Mexican classified sites etc.), but in my opinion it's not going to be worth the effort.

My suggestion is to either build the site further until it starts getting traffic and making money, or simply forget about it and move on to a more profitable venture.

Selling new ready site business isn't good at all today, it used to be good in the old days (I know people who used to make a couple of thousands selling selling ready-made websites, but now it is not good at all, especially if it is Spanish.
