    I want to know:
It's easy to rank a domain with .biz tld?
Another tld would be more easier to rank?
If I have under 5000 visits/day, can I have problem with law?

I know some people what have .biz tld on their real name and they don't have any problem with law.

I suggest having everything offshore domain + hosting. So dmca cant be applied to your site.

Are you planning on just doing the listings or making this available for download? If the latter then I would be very careful as the rights holders are pretty ruthless.

I was planning something similar with just links and maybe uploading to certain hosts that pay per view for your video.

Would DMCA get my site if I only had links?

Yes DMCA are going after any links. Thats how they get torrent sites and others and the penalties are stiff. If you are not familiar suggest you dont even go there unless you are prepared to face the consequence. Better to be safe than sorry.

Since you are hosting the links on your website yes DMCA will go after your links , and if you get to much attention than they will go for your domain also.

No matter how off shore your hosting or register is, DMCA can get to you anywhere. Hollywood lawyers are quite aggressive these days. There are few ways to minimize the risk though.

I was putting some thoughts into this lately but I'm still not quite sure if I'll risk it. Living in central europe law can hit you really hard here if you run a profitable website in the movie/streaming/warez niche. I'm going to share what was going through my head and if someone has some advice I'd be really thankfull.

    Preperation:
    1) Buying a new laptop that will be dedicated for working on this new website. It might seem paranoid but if I enter this dangerous game I want to start as clean as possible - on a machine that never logged into Google, iTunes, my personal email accs or that has been connected with my home internet connection.
    2) Register a new VPS with fake name and prepaid credit card
    3) Register offshore hosting (fake name and prepaid credit card)
    4) Register .TO tld (fake name, prepaid credit card)

    The plan:
    5) Set up the website using wordpress or a streaming script.
    6) Use VPS to download movies from anywhere on the internet and reupload them on your video hosting accounts (openload, streamcloud, etc.). Then I'll provide those streaming links to my website visitors.
    7) The cash comes in from ads on my website and from the actual views on the movies I uploaded (e.g. streamcloud pays 40$/10k views from tier1 countries).
    8) Use fake ID and a fake paypal to sign up for any ad network or video hosting service.

    Cover the money trail:
This is the most essential part! Everytime you hear/read someone got caught, the investigators just followed the money. You get charged with tax fraud, copyright infringements, maybe facing extradition to the US and face a 30-year jail sentence. Not good.
    9) Use bitcoin cashout as far as it is provided by ad networks.
    10) I run a legit online store, that sells digital products. It's an official company, which I pay my taxes for. I could use this to make purchases with the money I generated on my streaming site. You send an invoice to yourself, everything looks legit and you cash out your money from your legit paypal account.

    11) Finally, move to a country that doesn't prosecute someone for running a streaming site. If you're banking hard, have everything ready to leave quick. Consider that carefully - leaving behind family, friends and loved ones is no easy task.

Any thoughts on my thoughts? :)

Disclaimer: This has not proofen to work - it's just a mind experiment!

Thats sounds like way too much work to even afford doing something like this. Is it even worth it?

Some guy here on the forum made like 10-15k in a two week period (movie niche). If your domain becomes a real brand (movie4k, kinox) it can be even more: I think the two german guys, that run kinox made like 15k a day before they got chased by a SWAT team and a helicopter.

The bank account that got seized from Artem Vaulin (founder of kickasstorrents) had a balance of 28 million $. His torrent website made like 10-16 million in a one-year-periode from 2015 to 2016. So, speaking solely in terms of money - it's worth it I'd say.

    Edit:
Costs of running something like this are not that huge actually. A .TO tld is 100$ for 2 years and costs for offshore hosting and VPS will be about 150$ per month combined afaik.

I don't want to have something BIG. I want sth small even very small.

How I said in first post I know someone who has a site where he post link to movies. He has all on his name(domain(biz tld)&hosting) and he never had a problem with law. He has like 1000-2000 visits/day and make approximative 3-5$/day.

So if I have a small website with under 3000 visits/ day I will have problem with law? I mean, yes the site is illegal, but are other sites bigger than mine. They will lose time with me?

I don't have so much money to invest in a 100% offshore website. When i will win some money from this website i will make one offshore.

Ok, so i put again the question if I have a small website I will have any poblem with law, police, swat, fbi etc.? I don't care if the website will be closed and nothing happens to me.

The likelihood that something happens to you when you have such a small site is pretty small but then again - why not invest your time and effort into a site that is not illegal and that can bring you money for years? (without you losing sleep over it)
