Here's a beginner tutorial you can watch on youtube for free.
You can also checkout sites like udemy and/or follow people like Jon Loomer for more in-depth knowledge and daily updates.
FB ads platform is huge and has a ton of features to work with.
It will be much better if you can get started so that you can learn quickly while creating ads.
No course can make you an expert, you can become an expert and successful only if you practice, tweak, learn, fail on FB ads regularly.
