I want to lean PPC and Google Ad-word Campaign . Please help me Expert Professional ...
A good place to start with Google Adwords and PPC would be google's own tutorial https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6146252?hl=en .
Also, Lynda.com has some great tutorials on Keyword research which is a big part of PPC.

Note: I wonder what would happen if you Googled that title and added the word torrent
There are so many resources online that will get you started.
Keyword Research tool : SemRush.com
Try to use the function and you'll find free Udemy course with 100% coupon code.
Course name: PPC with Google Adwords + Facebook Advertising + Youtube Advertising etc..
Read this book:
Then re-read it.
And then once you actually start there are some more advanced books.
Honestly this forum is not a great place for PPC resources, so I suggest books man. If you're too lazy to read you're doomed.
Without experience you will never succeed in paid advertising, if you eat up the total internet. So, At first gather some knowledge about PPC. Try to work and get live experience, maybe you will lose some money, but you will get lots of experience.
You can get free courses in google promoting proficient exam through Google....
Go through Google's adwords tutorials and videos only. Then take their adwords certification exams. Prepping and taking the test will allow you to nail down the basics.
I'll warn OP again, there is WAY for to PPC than just the basics. Until you REALLY get into knowing the little things you will struggle and most likely LOSE money. It takes a lot of time and practice to be able to A) get enough clicks to sell and B) get a price per click that does not lose you money. Honestly, just start with that Perry Marshall book I recommended and then look around for one of the more advanced books. Any idiot can "learn" Adwords and start spending money, but its a craft to learn how to optimize it right, with keywords and prices that actually make you profit. IMO PPC is MUCH harder than SEO in the early stages.
Seriously. Read. Otherwise you will waste a LOOOOOOOT of money.
I need to study my adwords, but just dont' have enough time in the day. I tried a test run just to test the market. I made sales, but wasn't good ROI. But I have shit competitors with terrible looking websites that have been advertising for years. So they must be making money, I'd assume.
What is happening to you is what happens to 99% of PPC users. They can figure out how to buy a handful of clicks but the negative ROI kills them. In your next steps you'll discover some keywords and bids that give you a small positive ROI typically, but then you'll discover that you have trouble scaling up the clicks enough to make you any money there either. Its a REAL pain in the ass, and is every bit of as big of a time-eater as SEO is. Worse yet it typically takes MONTHS to get a PPC dialed in even if you know exactly what you're doing. Meaning even the pro's don't just jump in and make money right out of the gate on a new site. Then there is remarketing, display network, all sorts of extra stuff you may need to get enough ROI and clicks.
The ONLY positive about PPC over SEO is that you can't lose it overnight like SEO. What you build you typically keep a lot more longterm. You can build a business off PPC better. You aren't typically going to wake up one morning and see zero traffic the way you can in SEO after an update. And you aren't going to have to burn a 10 year old site because manual action against it like SEO.
Where are you from? You can learn it by yourself seeing video tutorials. If you don't understand there then you should find out local organizations who can make you learn if you pay them.
There are lot of Adwords blogs are available for learning. You can go through different Adwords tutorial links that are available in Google . Hope it would work for you
