GS Location Changer browser extension.

Allows you to mimic search engine results for a specific location without need for proxy/VPN. Very accurate too.

Google Search Console, without a doubt I use it almost every day because it shows what's actually happening with my site Its not flashy, but the insights are far more useful than most free SEO tools I've tried

Google Search Console its free and gives me the data I use most often and Semrush and Ahrefs but those are not really free tools
