I want to know if I use PR Storm use goole as a refer, and send hits to my sites

Will this get me banned from adsense, plus will google say my sites bad ?

The reason I made this post is because with Alexa Booster you use refers I think this means were the traffic came from then you get hits on your site so I just wanted to know if this worked when you put google and others as refers then send hits to your site do the hits count and can you get in banned from adsense from these hits if anyone has done this let me no !
